A marathon programme of some of the most famous clarinet and piano masterpieces to be performed by Shelley Levy (Clarinet) and Pavel Timofeyevsky (Piano) and at Southside House, Wimbeldon, on Friday 11th of March. 7.30pm start.

After a successful tour of China together, Pavel is once again joining up with violinist Irmina Trynkos for a 3 day concert residence at the Golden Horseman Theatre in London. ANNOUNCEMENT:

In 2016, together with his colleague, german pianist Paul Cibis, Pavel will be opening doors of his first piano summer school in England: Oxford Piano School - an intense week of piano activities that will include: masterclasses, concerts, chamber music, improvisation, opportunities for participants to play concerto movements with an orchestra and lots more. The course will run from 31st of July to 6th of August on site of Radley College, and will operate in tandem with the renowned Oxford Cello School. More details and information on how to apply will appear soon.

Looking back - Season 2014-2015

Dear All, 
Welcome to my new website! 
This past year has left me with wonderful memories of the new places I was lucky enough to visit and new friendships and discoveries I was fortunate to make! 

Here are some of the highlights. 


Performances: 

US Debut Recital (September 2014, New York-Merkin Concert Hall, Kaufman Music Center) 

My American Debut I will never forget. This was my maiden visit to the States, let alone New York. 
I stayed out of Manhattan for the first few days, living with friends in the leafy suburbs of Queens, preparing for the concert and battling with jet lag. Finally the day of the recital arrived and I travelled to the island..

China Tour with Violinist Irmina Trynkos (March 2015, Beijing, Shanghai, Chongquin, Nanjing, Guanzhou) 

This was an incredible, mind blowing two weeks of incessant travelling and performing. I loved being able to see so many places in one visit, albeit very briefly!

Italian Debut Recital (May 2015, Florence, Basilica Di San Miniato) 
The great teacher and pianist Heinrich Neuhaus once said something along the lines of: " A musician has two places he should call "home". One is where he was actually born and the other one is Italy". I completely agree. I love Italy and it was a dream come true to play there.

Looking forward - Season 2015-2016:
I am extremely excited to announce that I will visit Kenya next concert season! The tour will include solo piano recitals, a song recital, I will be giving masterclasses as well as leading musical workshops in the community. The exact dates of the tour will be confirmed shortly. 
Another up coming highlight is our Wigmore Hall Recital with flautist Alena Lugovkina on the 11th of April 2016. We will precede the Wigmore with a concert tour of the North of England, on which we will be joined by the Danish violinist Nicholas Walentin in January 2016.

Current news:

This August, I am travelling in rural Russia on a small concert tour. At the same time I am working on a film score for Georgy Porotov's new film- "Family Offline".
