Virtuoso pianist, composer for film and the concert stage, arranger and lecturer, Pavel Timofeyevsky has received numerous prizes and accolades, that includes the BBC/Guardian Young Composer of the Year award. Russian born, Pavel has lived in London (England) most of his life and has appeared at nearly all the major concert venues across the UK. Concert tours, along with television and radio appearances in other parts of the world include the USA, Russia, China, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Latvia, Greece, Cyprus and India.

Pavel is Founder and Artistic Director of PHILOMEL PROJECT, a new concert series in central London, in residence at the Francis Crick Institute. He is also the Director of Oxford Piano School, a summer music course, in residence at Radley College.
